Lerma-Chapala: Lake Zacapu


Conservation: Cyprinus carpio is reported as exotic in 1999 (Kabbes et al., 2013), and Ctenopharyngodon idella (the grass carp) by Domínguez Domínguez et al., 2009:167. The Lake remains in good ecological status to our days (2021). Since 2003 the lake forms part of a protected natural area.
